Shiva Daga
S·DAn India-qualified Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of experience, Shiva leads the firm's Australian client work and advisory engagements - from end-to-end management of multi-entity Australian groups and virtual-CFO reporting to ATO account reconciliations and twelve-month management packs. He has reported directly to CFO-level stakeholders and led financial operations across Australia, the US and ten-plus jurisdictions, bringing the technical depth and senior-stakeholder fluency that complex engagements demand. For cross-border clients, he also handles FDI and FEMA structuring, RBI reporting and agreement vetting through the firm's India desk.
Divyanshu Gupta
D·GAn India-qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience, Divyanshu brings an audit-trained eye to everything the practice produces. His Australian experience spans statutory audits of companies, trusts and not-for-profit entities, alongside BAS and GST compliance, payroll processing, tax-planning support and financial statement preparation to Australian reporting standards - across manufacturing, IT, retail and NFP sectors. For an outsourcing partner, that means work that arrives referenced, reconciled and genuinely review-ready.
